Program Director

Without the Program Director, FBOR could not thrive. The PD is an instrumental part of the team and forwards the core of our work: our financial education programs in the community. The PD also provides crucial guidance of the Program team, building a high-functioning department with clear goals and expectations. The PD should have strong management skills, an eye for system and process improvement, a passion for building strong community relationships, and a desire to drive organizational goals. The PD should hold equity and inclusion central to their work, striving to empower their team and the participants we aim to serve.
